03 Oct 2005... what a day!

hi hi!! ahhh, finally get to see the real world! after 9 months inside mommy's tummy, i must say the real world looks and feels a lot more different than what i've imagined. the first thing i can remember is feeling something strong sucking at the tip of my head, and then, with one big tug, i was pulled out of mommy's tummy. of course, the light was blinding and i could not see anything properly at all. i cried out in joy, and remember hearing a lot of voices... must be mommy and daddy rejoicing to see me at last!

the nurse then took me out to clean me and take a few measurements. that hose she used to suck out liquid from my noes and throat is most definitely evil!! never ever use that on me again!! anyway, i was born 3.12kg (6 lbs 14oz), and 50cm tall. daddy was with me all the time... luckily he was steady enough to be able to handle his camera. otherwise you wouldn't be able to see these shots! hehe! :-)

after cleaning me, i look better, eh? you haven't seen the best yet... i've got better shots coming :-)

is it just me, or is it really cold here? i keep sneezing... or it could be the dust...

*yawn* feeling tired after all the hard work... gonna catch a short nap first... update you later... ciao for now!
