do you know how to flip over from your back to lying chest down? let me show you how it's done...
step 1... lie flat on back.
step 2... lift up leg for leverage, while turning sideways.
step 3... rotate whole body to turn over from back to front.
step 4... finally, release arm caught under body after flipping... and ta-da!! the perfect flip! hehehe!!!
that wasn't so tough, was it?? just needs a little practice, that's all... ;-)
