Christmas Eve... BBQ party!! :-)

my oh my!! what a long absence... i hardly recognise my own blog now! well, i've been busy you know. busy with what, you say? err, busy with growing up... what else?!? hehehe! ok ok... i'll try my best to catch up on my blogging from now on... i promise!

here's one that i had wanted to publish for a long time. grandpa and grandma hosted a wonderful christmas party last year. i know, i know... it's a bit late to report on something that happened last year! i'm trying my hardest to catch up, so please be patient with me, ok? ;-)

it was my first BBQ party. the good thing about this BBQ party is that i get to spend a lot of time outdoors!


daddy and auntie soo lee spent a good half hour trying to get the fire started. grandma was a great help too!

as you can see, daddy spent most of the evening in front of the fire pit, BBQ'ing chicken wings, sausages and other yummy food for the rest of us. uncle boon and auntie joyce helped to keep daddy company, along with justin too. :-)

oooh, i like that Bob the Builder toy that Justin is holding... "Can we fix it?? YES, WE CAN!!!"

while daddy was battling with the chicken wings outside, grandpa had a different fight on his hands... with the hokkien noodles, to be specific! don't underestimate him, he can whip up a mean plate of those black stuff... hehehe!

ahhh, nothing like a enjoying each others' company over a cold drink after all the hardwork and hard eating... hehehe! here's grandpa sharing his wisdom with daddy and uncle boon. i think they were talking about golf, golf and more golf...

justin seemed to enjoy rolling around on the floor, the soft mattress just so enticing. we're sharing our toys too. i secretly hoped that he would forget to take home some of his... hehe!

i wonder what's so funny, but whatever the joke was, it had grandma and auntie joyce tickled pink! :-)

mommy and grandma have always been advocating to me on the benefits of eating fruits... and they never give up trying to feed me some whenever available. here, they are trying to get me to eat some pear... let's see how i fare?

happy 2007!! yeah yeah, i know... it's a bit too late for that, you say? it's been such a long time since i last posted anything, ehh? well, this is my first post of 2007. the next few postings, hopefully, will make up for some lost time... so you'll be seeing some pretty outdated pictures that go back to 2006. but i'll catch up, don't worry! ;-)
